We are an Australian & New Zealand based brand, shipping all products from our warehouse here in Melbourne, Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders sitewide come with free standard shipping within Australia.

We process every order the following business day straight from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Estimated Standard Shipping: 1-10 days

Estimated Express Shipping: 1-5 days

Do you guys provide parcel tracking?

Yes, every order comes with a tracking number and live updates via Email and SMS.

How do I track my order?

After your package has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. 

 

A link will be provided in your email in which you will be able to track your parcel.

What's the difference between portable and public charging cables?

Portable charging cables have a powerpoint plug on one end and a type 1/2 port on the other. These cables are generally used for home charging.

 

Public charging cables have a type 1/2 port on both ends. These cables are generally used at public charging stations and should always be kept in your vehicle for charging away from home.

Where can I find charging stations in Australia?

We recommend you download and use an APP called Plugshare.

 

It displays every charging station in Australia and therefore provides you with an unmatched overview. If you purchase any of our commercial solutions we will help you place your system onto the national charging map.

What's the charge time on a standard 7kW charging cable?
